Chemise

A chemise is sleeveless and has narrow shoulder straps, and follows the body shape more closely at the breasts and hips, compared to a babydoll. It therefore lies a little tighter on the skin and can therefore be a bit more difficult to sleep in. Nowadays the chemise also has an enormous amount of possibilities in terms of details and frills.

In winter it is easier to find chemises that are comfortable to wear in winter. Because the length of chemises is by definition longer than baby dolls, there are also many more designs that have warmer material and design than baby dolls.
