If your purchase has not met your expectations, we offer you the option to return it.

We will tell you the conditions and the different options available to return your items.

  RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are at your OWN expense, provided it is covered by the warranty

* Returning an item must take place within the specified period:

*Online purchase: You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order.

* Purchase in a physical store: you have 14 days from the date of purchase.

*Items must be in their original condition with all labels and price tags intact.

*You must return the order in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

Please note: we indicate the final exchange date in the information of your order.

RETURNS IN Capelle aan den IJssel

You can return your items for free in Capelle aan den IJssel.

The option to return in the Capelle aan den IJssel is available for both online purchases and purchases made in the store.

All you need to do is bring the items you want to return and your Best Stout packing slip/invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note: if you cannot go to the store, someone else can do this in your place.

RETURNS VIA A SHIPPING POINT

You can return your items by taking your package to a collection point.

The costs per return request are for your own account and will be deducted from your refund.

If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can request a return in the Returns section of your account.

If you made the purchase as a guest, you can request the return via customerservice@beststout.com

Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with shipping instructions and as many labels as packages to send.

Follow the instructions and drop off your return at your chosen collection point of the transport company we have provided for you.

Please note that this option is only available for online purchases.

It is not necessary to attach the purchase receipt.

Please note: send the items you want to return before the return period has expired.

SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS

Some items, due to their special characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for return or exchange:

* Swimwear: must contain the hygiene sticker.

* Underwear:

  Ladies: May only be returned if it is in the same condition as when purchased and includes the bag or protective sticker we sent it to you with.

          A sealed item that has been opened will NOT be exchanged

  Men: underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

*Accessories: Must be returned in their original unopened bag or carton.

* Pharmacy items: must be returned in the same sealed, original packaging. Standard Procedure items cannot be exchanged or returned.

* Sets: the items for sale in sets cannot be returned separately.

*Special Packaging: Items that have special packaging (Gift Wrap, Gift Wrap) or contain additional accessories must be returned in their original condition.
